Did you know that encouragement doesn't deny the problem; it enables us to overcome it. It doesn't validate stubbornness or stupidity; it simply corrects and guides us in the right path. It doesn't leave us alone to carry the burden, it lets us know that God is present to help and strengthen us. Proverb 12:25 says, 'Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, but a good word makes it glad. So today, encourage somebody!

Keep Your Appointment

Hey Girlz!!!

I left you with something short and sweet last time..So I will go a little deep this time, I want to talk to you about keeping your appointment. No, i don't mean your hair or nail appointment, even though we should pamper ourselves. I'm talking about keeping what God has appointed you to do.

When God appoints a task for you, there's no time for idleness. There's no time for gossip. In order for you to receive what God has for you, you are going to have to hang up on some folks. You are going to have to hang up on some situations. You are going to have to say no to some activities that would make you late or pull you away from appointment altogether.

You will have no time for foolishness, pity parties, or side shows. If you are going to hold on to your dreams, your miracle, the fulfillment of Gods plan for your life, then you are going to have to keep it moving. Always keep moving towards what God has for you. You may have to crawl to get there, but keep crawling. You may have to cry a lot of tears along the way, but keep walking. You may get knocked down, but get up and keep it moving. Don't let anything keep you from keeping your appointment.

The thing that God has for you must be done. That's the way God feels about His plan for you. So write yourself a note: " I have an appointment. It must be kept." So keep your appointment girl...Be Bless!!

Being Humble

Hey Girlz!!



I wanted to share with you about how to be humble. I know you are thinking, humble means that I have to let someone run over me, inadequacy,lack of dignity, and worthless. That is not the meaing of being humble or humility.

Did you know that Jesus is the supreme example of humility. He is completely adequate and of infinite dignity and worth. Biblical humility is not a belittling of oneself but an exalting of praise of others, especially God and Christ. Humble people focus more on God and others than on themselves.

So you see humble doesn't mean to be stupid or selfish. I means to keep your eyes on Jesus and be nice to people. You being humble will bless you life.

Hey Girlz!!!



Long time no blog.....lol. Well I am back, I have been gone for a while. Well I was listen to a bible study message on" How to be discipline in your hearing" I was thinking, how many people do you allow to speak into your life that don't have a right to??



I know for me I had a lot of people who were shaping my thinking. Most of there input was negative, so you know how I was thinking..right?? So I decided one day, if you don't get where I am trying to go or do, then I have to let this relationship go.



So I started to guard my ears, to what I hear. Whether it is positive or negative. I changed my friends, I got around people who get my dreams and visions. Stop leaning your ear to people who are not going to help you or give the wisdom you need to go to the next level.



Let me tell you a little about some of my dreams and visions. I wanted to lose about 40pounds. I knew I needed the help so, I started to find people who were discipline in keeping their bodies healthy. Then I wanted to start my on business, so I found people who has a business and learned from them.



See I gave those individuals permission to speak into my life, you know why??? Because they had the knowledge I need to take my dreams and visions to the next level. So in closing, start today and guard your ears to everything. If you start really listen to what people say, you will realise who the haters and dream killers are.

The Power of Networking

Hey Girlz,

Just got back from my trip to Lansing, MI. I went to the International Women Success Conference that was hosted by Dr. Stacia Pierce. She is an incredible speaker. I wanted to share with you about the power of networking.

During the conference, Dr. Stacia talk about creating a network of people who can help you get to the next level. I think that is so powerful, I meet a lot of wonderful women at this conference. No one had any hang ups, we just love up on each other and encourage one another. It didn't matter if you were a Executive at a major company, housewife, or Enterpreaur we were their for each other. You may not know who may have your answer.

So treat people kind and nice, the next sister maybe able to take you over the top. Always look for people to network with. Talk to the sister on the bus, standing in line, waiting in the doctors office. The power of networking will take you a long way.
