Have you check your heart today?

Hey Girlz!!! February is American Heart Month. I thought I would take this time to give you some tidbits of information about heart disease. Do you know that we as women have a high risk of heart disease. To me every woman should be concerned about this because, this is the number one killer of American women and it is estimated that 370,000 women in the U.S. die from heart disease each year. That is too many!!!!That is unbelievable!!! We need to take care of ourselves!!!! Do you hear me!!!! We need you to be around for a long time!!! Some one is depending on you!!!! Ok, ok, let me calm down:) Please girlz take care of yourselves. Go get your check ups as schedule and check your hearts. We take care of the outside apperance but don't take care of the inside. Remember, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, pure and pleasing. Be Bless:)
